Shipping & Returns

At TrippyVapors.com we offer a variety of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your orders get placed. 95% of the time, your order will be processed in 24 hours. In some situations though, it may take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. Our packages are packaged discretely for your security. 


Shipping Methods 

First Class Mail

USPS First Class Mail is the standard shipping option for orders under 1lb. First Class Mail offers a lower rate, Orders typically arrive between 3 - 5 business days.


USPS Priority Mail 
USPS Priority Mail is faster than First Class Mail. We calculate the rate based on the size of the order and the kind of priority mail package that will need to be used. These packages typically arrive to our customers in 2 – 3 business days. 


International Shipping 

Due to recent legislature changes, we will no longer be shipping internationally at this time.
 

Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy
You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it could have already been processed or shipped. Currently, you can not make other alterations to the order after it is placed. If you need to make changes to items in your order, you can cancel within 1 hour and place the order again.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot provide refunds on any vape items unless your item is defective or an error was made on our behalf. In order to get a refund or replacement on a defective product, you must contact us to notify us and begin the return process within 30 days of receiving your items.

Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete your purchase.
