Is Your Packaging Discreet?
Yes, our packaging is very discreet and generally comes in white or black envelopes. There is no mention of e-cigarette-related goods on the outside of our packaging.

Why Is My Shipping Delayed?
The majority of our packages are sent out with USPS and arrive within 2-5 business days after they are shipped. Typically, they arrive in between 2-3 days, but sometimes USPS can be slow and may take a couple days longer to deliver your package, but once we ship out the items, we no longer have control over the shipping process. Any recent or current major weather changes may also impact and delay shipping speeds.

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship Out After You Receive It?
Here at Trippy Vapors 95% of our orders Ship out the same day they're placed (we're that good). On a busy week, it can take up to 3 days to process your order. Shipments will not be processed on holidays, or during any event that would cause a facility to close (severe inclement weather, etc.). However, fulfillment of orders is our core priority, We always got your back.
The Tracking Says 'Delivered' But I Never Got My Parcel.
If a package is not delivered, Please look for a delivery notice that may have been left by your postal carrier. call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, or anywhere the package may have been delivered. We recommend you file a claim with USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS®. We can also file a claim for you if you contact us. We have found that sometimes shipments are incorrectly scanned as delivered (or scanned ahead of time) and it will frequently show up the next day or two. If you still cannot locate your delivery, and more than 48 hours has passed since delivery was confirmed, please contact USPS. Additionally, If your address is in an office building, apartment complex, or shared space, we suggest looking around and checking in with your front desk officer, leasing officer, land lord, or mail/locker room.

We inspect all of our items before shipping them out. We ship most of our packages through USPS.
